At Arranmore Lighting & Fans, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a fixture or fan doesn't perfectly complement your space, you may return it within 30 days of delivery in its original packaging and condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to return.

  Print Return Shipping Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include inside the box.

• 3.
  Package Securely

  Carefully repackage the product in its original box with all mounting hardware and instructions to ensure it arrives back at our warehouse safely.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
